Static Code Analyser for Delphi is a free, MIT-licensed static analysis tool for Delphi code. It ships 190+ detectors (memory leaks, use-after-free, security issues like SQL injection and hardcoded secrets, code smells, DFM consistency checks), quick fixes, baseline support (""show only new findings""), and SARIF/SonarQube/HTML/CSV export. The IDE plugin adds a dock window with live editor markers, annotation hints and per-file auto-scan to Delphi 12 (12.0-12.3, 32-bit IDE). Privacy is the reason it exists: neither the tool nor the plugin ever opens a network connection - no telemetry, no update checks, no AI egress. There is currently no comparable static-analysis plugin in the GetIt catalog.
